I have done article ship as per icai rule but not filed 108 form on due dates,
know I hvw to submit stipend proof
my ca inspite of my repeated saying paid stipend only once a year
my friend told me that if there is gap in payment in stipend proof icai will consider me as dummy and disqualify me
how to provide stipend proof means what I have to provide as proof
I am feeling so tense of losing my career all together how to prove my credentials is my friends point not of view is correct or not
plz reply plzzzzzzzzzzzzz

10 April 2016 True and Fair. When ICAI is asking for proof, submit the one which you have. Dont try to day dream about what ICAI may consider the same as. Basically try to understand one thing, payment of stipend is the RESPONSIBILITY of principal and not the articled clerk. If at all there is any deviation in payment of stipend as stipulated by ICAI, the Principal is to be blamed and NOT the articled. So go ahead, submit the proof.
