18 February 2012 does a private company also require to hold statutory meeting. and can plz any one can provide the format of statutory and whole of the procedure.

18 February 2012 U/s 165 only public company is required to hold statutory meeting after 1 month of getting Cert of commencement of business but before 6 months of getting COC.
