does a private company also require to hold statutory meeting. and can plz any one can provide the format of statutory and whole of the procedure.

A public limited company having share capital is required to hold Statutory meeting U/S 265...

U/s 165 only public company is required to hold statutory meeting after 1 month of getting Cert of commencement of business but before 6 months of getting COC.

in the above reply i hav mentioned 265 instead of 165.. plz read above 265 as 165..
