Factories Act, 1948
Contract Labour Act, 1872.
Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.
Payment of Wages Act, 1936
Minimum Wages Act, 1948
If yes than under what sections?

I am sorry but i do not get where to display the abstracts?

To be display in Factory premises.

It is must on record but very few company follows it in practicals.
Its display is require under the benifit of workers and to make them aware of such sections as supported by certain cases of court. but still not sure about particular section in each act.
