Whether the abstracts of following Acts are required to be displayed under following Acts:

Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.

If yes than under what sections?

To be display in Factory premises.

It is must on record but very few company follows it in practicals.
Its display is require under the benifit of workers and to make them aware of such sections as supported by certain cases of court. but still not sure about particular section in each act.
