26 August 2013 Can a draft statutory auditors report for FY be considered in the audit committee meeting held for recommendation of financials to Board.

If the provision of section 292A dealing with Audit Committee is applicable to you then firstly the Audit Committee Meeting will approve the auditor report and send the same to the Board meeting for recommendation and approval.

26 August 2013 so now the draft auditors report will be placed at Board meeting or auditors report (without the word draft)
