Is it compulsory that statutory auditor and tax auditor shall be same?
Whether is it required to obtain NOC from previous tax auditor?

1)No u may appoint different chartered accountants for statutory, tax audits.
2)Yes, it is required to consult previous auditor and ask whether he have any professional objections
