Is it mandatory for a pvt ltd company and public ltd company to add pvt ltd and ltd words after their name. I am really very confused becoz one pvt ltd company doesnt have these words added. Kindly help me on this matter.

As per Sec 147 of the Act the use of the name is compulsory in the circumstances mentioned therein. Please refer to Sec13 which compels the M/A to contain the name of the co with the words ltd etc. Only Sec25 permits to dispense with the requirments.
