Status of college

12 March 2015 xyz college is run by trust but college require to get PAN with principal's sign authority and college has been received separate grant from central government. society has its own PAN already.
So my question is what will be status of college while making application for PAN. e.f. (AOP, AJP, etc.)
Its urgent plz reply.....

12 March 2015 if the activities are of charitable nature then register as trust but if activity are like society then regsiter as aop...do consult some senior as its too complicated issue
