17 August 2015 DEAR SIR,

WE HAVE FILED "ITR 5" FOR A.Y.2014-15 WITH STATUS OF AOP. PAN NO. EXAMPLE "XXXATXXXXX".
WE HAVE CLAIMED DEDUCTION U/S. 80P OF RS 50000/-.

THE AO HAS DISALLOWED RS. 50000/- AND MADE ASSESSMENT AND CONSIDER INCOME U/S. 115JC @ 30%.AND RAISED DEMAND.

MY QUERY IS WHETHER AOP INCLUDES CO OP HOUSING SOCIETIES ? AND WHETHER WE CAN CLAIM DED. U/S. 80P?

WHICH INCOME TAX RETURN SHOULD BE FILED FOR ABOVE ?

AS ITS A CO OP HOUSING SOCIETY AND PAN IS ALLOTTED AS AOP ?
