i did not find any guideline attached with the return

If you are downloading the form, then you may not get instruction page. You must take a printed form from Income tax office. That form contains all the guidelines for filing the return. Even if you dont find the same, do write me at tarun2507@gmail.com, with the ITR form number. I will try to send you the scan copy of guidelines.
