I would like to import liquor / wines from Australia to India and would like to know the process / procedures to register firm specially in Delhi / Mumbai metro.

22 March 2022 All alcoholic beverages, including wines, may be imported into India under an Open General Licence (OGL) - meaning that no licence is really required to import wines into india.

Once we import to India, what is process to sale across the state? I am sure there should be some process involved including company registration, excise stock and need help in setting up everything specially docos and permissions. What are we charging to setup business in total?
