How to calculate salary payable based on hourly rate, how to calculate the standard hours either per month or annum

As per the Factories Act -1948, Maximum working hours per day is
8 hrs + 2 hrs Overtime = 10 hours & 48 hrs in a week.
Overtime is 2 hours/day and not exceeding 12 hours/week and 50 hours in a quarter.

The "work study" department normally prepares the STD hour for a job/activity/ operation etc. This then gets place in the "wage agreement" between the management and the trade union.
