Sir my query is how to treat standard deduction AY.2019-20 gross total income like 300000/-,400000/- & 500000/- please give me some examples so that the matter clear to me.

It is Rs 40000/ - or the amount of Salary whichever is less. In all cases you mentioned, it is 40000/-.
