How much old stamp paper is valid in india?
If a deed to be executed on 1.4.2012 can stamp paer dated in year 2010 be used?
If some amendment deed to be executed to give effect from 1.4.2011 at wat date can it be done?
If a deed to be executed on 1.4.2012 can stamp paer dated in year 2010 be used?

Stamp paper is valid for 6 months. However, if all the parties to any contract/agreement are ready then you can do the amendment/agreement on any current date making the agreement effective from any prior date.

Blank stamp paper have no expiry date meaning thereby 2010(year) stamp paper can be used in the year 2012.
