Can we use judicial stamp in place of non- judicial stamp.

what is the purpose you wish to use the stamp paper for?

To resolve a monetary issue arisen with one of my client.
That, by mistake they used judiciary stamp.

No. You cannot do it.
Judicial paper means the paper which is use as the court fees payable to the court.
Non judicial stamp paper means the paper which is used in paying the stamp duty to the govt.
Nothing can be executed on the judicial stamp paper, and all the deeds and document are prepared on the non-judicial stamp papers.
