28 February 2013 Hi,

I have registered my flat in Feb. 2013. I will get the possession in March 2013. Can I claim tax rebate in section 80C for Stamp Duty & Registration in this financial year?

I will move into the house in April. If I can't claim it this year. Can I claim it next year?
