27 March 2010 can anyone tell me is there any need to stamp MOA and AOA physically even after payment of applicable estamp duties during formation of PVT LTD company

27 March 2010 If you have paid stamp duty online then there is no need to pay it again because the MCA has entered into an arrangement with the concerned state governments.

27 March 2010 Once the e-form has been approved by the Ministry's office,stamp impression will be embossed on the e-form automatically and hence no need of further physical stamping.

27 March 2010 does that mean that we attach upload the MOA and AOA signed by the Subscribers without any stamp affixed on them if so can a computer typed MOA & AOA be uploaded or it has to Printed, Scanned and uploaded
