Hi,
Please help me with the amount of stamp duty to be paid on LLP Agreement with proposed monetary contribution of Rs.2,00,000/- and manner in which stamp duty has to be paid?

Stamp duty is a State subject. In delhi, the duty is 1% of the capital of the partnership subject to maximum of Rs. 5000.
