Can you tell me stamp duty applicable for Mahrashtra for Forward contracts and Letter of credit . Also need to know recent stamp duty act.

Bombay stamp act 1958 is applicable in your case and stamp duty if relating to forward contract of commodities traded through an association or otherwise is Rs1 for every Rs.1,00,000 or part thereof.
