I have recently entered into a lease agreement in UP for 12 years on a monthly of Rs. 1.80 lacs per month. Also be noted that rent shall esclate 15% every three years on the existing rental.
Could you please let me know the stamp duty amount which need to be paid at the time of registration of Lease Agreement.

It will be 4% stamp duty is charged on the yearly rent for the purpose of registered lease in UP.
