### 1. Business Registration

* **Choose Business Structure**: Proprietorship, Partnership, LLP, Private Limited Company, etc.
* **Register your Business**:

* For proprietorship: Register your business name (Shop Act License if applicable).
* For company/LLP: Register with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

### 2. Tax Registrations

* **GST Registration**: Mandatory for manufacturing and selling goods.
* **PAN & TAN**: For tax purposes.
