St - service oriented maintenance contract

04 October 2014 It is said that no RCM will apply if the maintenance contract is service oriented. My query is whether the Service Receiver has to reimburse the ST in full to the Service Provider being an individual or to remit 50% by the Service Receiver and to reimburse 50% to the Service Provider.

04 October 2014 If the service provider is individual and service receiver is business entity registered as body corporate the service receiver has to remit 50% and reimburse 50% to the service provider.
For maintenance contract RCM is applicable.
