Please let me knon how much ST the
Company has to pay under RCM

21 September 2016 if service provider is individual OR HUF Or Firm Or AOP and
if service receiver is body corporate
50% of the service tax be paid by service receiver and 50% by the service provider

21 September 2016 Yes RCM will be applicable in my case but tell me weather company has to pay ST on 100% value or is there any abatement

21 September 2016 half of the service tax will be paid by Company under RCM
remaining half will be paid by the service provider
