Dear sir,
Please clarify weather ST credit can be availed on provision of audit fees if yes.. when it can be claimed after receiving bill or after payment of ST amount,

Credit can be availed on accrual basis on receipt of Invoice from the service provider.
If payment is not paid to service provider with 3 months ( 90 days) cenvat credit will need to be reversed.
