08 September 2013 Sir, If the constitution of an assessee is Proprietorship/Individual, can he file the ST-3 return quarterly or half yearly? related to the FY 2011-12, 2012-13 through offline utility.Pls let me know as it is very urgent. Regards,

08 September 2013 FY-2011-12, only half yearly return for all the service tax assesses, only 2012-13 there is a major change in service tax, department made first half year returns quarterly. from second half of 2012-13 need to file half year only.

Service tax return need to file online through www.aces.gov.in login
