ST-3 FILING IS 1/2 YEARLY.

2 times in a year and last date for submission of ST3 25th april of 2nd half yaer

A simple one page return will be introduced for all assessees and the department will announce shortly. Quarterly return has to be filed for those assessees (individuals and firsm) and also to those who have paid Rs.25 lacs or less last year. This will be made applicable after 1st October 2012.
