1) Can I File the service tax return without payment(showing Payable) for F.Y.11-12?

2) Since 2007 to 31.3.12 I can't file service tax return but payment is made so how much fine liveable by service tax department?

24 April 2012 1. At serial number 4C there is an option to show service tax amount payable. Thus you can file return by showing payable amount however i would advice not file return by showing service tax payable.

2.As far penalty is concerned i would suggest you, you simply submit the return and not to deposit the penalty unless department demand the same.
