26 April 2014 Dear Friends
I have a query regarding ST return. As i filed a ST return for the 1st half year Apr 13 to Sep 13. However todays i.e. 25th April 14 i came to know that the return submitted earlier has been rejected as the reason was that in ST3, i filled constitution of the applicant as "registered private company" instead of "firm".
Now i need your help. Please do suggest whether this can be rectified or not if yes then why and not then why not. And also is any penalty can be levied?

26 April 2014 YES RECTIFIED ST3 DUE STILL U ARE NOT FILE UR RETURN SO DEPARTMENT CAN ISSUE A NOTICE FOR NON FILER & STOP FILERS

SO FILE ST3 TODAY
PENALTY ISSUE IN FUTURE DAYS PRESENT SUPERINTENDENT ASK WHY ARE U LATE FILING?
EXPLAIN UR GROUND
PENALTY IS MANDATORY.

26 April 2014 Thanks but one is also which i wanna ask whenever i click on revised st3 it shows that "you have no registered place found". For this case what to do?

27 April 2014 are first file ur original return not revised return.
so that problem rise due to ur return reject so still u are non filer first u file ur retunr as original return.
