26 October 2015 I have Registered for cpt on 28th September 2015 but till now I didn't get SRO number and I am very worried that tomorrow is the last date to pay the exam fee... please help me..

26 October 2015 not possible because it has a cut off date of 31st march only..

I think better to cal helpline nos they will immediately revert you with all details...!!!

26 October 2015 the link is saying that letter will be generated for only those who have registered before 31st march 2015

So I think it is better now to call helpline nos of icai for your SRO no. they can tell you on phone
