It states that "The exact date of the availability of the ST 3 return in ACES for the period October, 2012 - March, 2013 will be announced later.".
So ST 3 return for 2nd half is not available as yet on Aces website. Therefore due date also stands extended.

Date for filing the ST-3 return, for the period from Oct’12 to March’13 has been extended from 25th Apr, 2013 to 31st August, 2013
