i would like to know is there pan card required in case when a company is sponsoring a non profit college society for a fest??And its provisions relating to service tax....please guide asap!!

Not sure of PAN card , however the comapny needs to discharge service tax @ 10.30% as receipient of service on the sponsorship amount paid to society.
