21 December 2010 Company gave a contract of work to his director who having his own propritorship fim... what are the clause applicable??? Is it specified contract or not???? what are the conditions for having specified contracts...

Well this contract must be approved by a board resolution. Further disclosure of interest by director u.s 299 is must.

Also entry in the register maintained u/s 301 is required.
