Can CA form sole proprietorship.If so,what is the procedure to register??

Yes a CA can form a sole proprietorship CA firm. Submit the following forms along with requisite fees:
Form 6 for COP
Form 117 for approval of firm name
Form 6 for COP
Form 117 for approval of firm name

Download the firm name approval form from ICAI members section, and submit it to the concerned Regional office
