How can i convert my M/s ABC enterprises to private limited company ?
plz provide me in detail with all the requirement and procedure to be full filled by me ?

First of all take DIN Number of two person will can become directors/subscribers to memorandum.After that you can apply for name of the company if as the name you want to get register your company is actually available for registration.Then there are other formalities that is being required to be completed ,which are difficult to put here ,better u can read out some material on this or can take help of some professional who is registering the company .As far as if you want to grow your business /expand it registering a company can be beneficial.
