02 November 2013 Dear Sir,
I had subscribed to a noted online tax filing portal for filing my belated return for AY 2012-13AY in Sep,2013.I used to fill in the income and capital details slowly every day as I have professional income ,rent and capital gains income(in Fy 2011-12) and I was efiling for the first time.My return preparation was incomplete on 17 sep,2013 when I received an email message from my efiling portal that my returns for AY2012-13 has been filed.I was shocked and immediately sought explanation from the portal as to how without my clicking the efile icon my incomplete returns have been filed ,but I received no reply till date.
MY QUESTION IS
What to do now? Can I REVISE my returns?Should I OR shouldn't I send the signed ITRV to CPC? please GUIDE me as to how I can file a complete and correct return now?
Its URGENT.

02 November 2013 You cannot revise a belated return. however, since you have not sent the ITRV, please dont sent it. This would keep the return status incomplete. Income tax department cannot process your return without ITRV.

And prepare a fresh return properly and submit it again.
