My client want to a register a association under any act.
The fact are:


They are 21 Members
Their purpose is to sale and purchase of wheat, food grains etc.

It is profit making concern

They share profit / loss

They want to form in an association.

I don't know how i registered it in under society act, co-operative society act
But not in partnership act, and not in company act.

Kindly give me answer

09 March 2013 Form a cooperative society under the relevant society registration act.

Thereafter, file for registration under Section 12A by filing form 10A alongwith the required documents.
