30 July 2015 One of the organisation was running as an unregistered club for 5 years however it got itself registered on 15/05/2014 under west bengal society registration act. The club was drafting the accounts and was getting it audited. Now the question is that the club can continue with old accounts irrespective of the facts that it got itself registered after 5 years or It has to start new accounts fron the day it got itself registered?
