DIRECTOR APPOINTED FOR RUN THE COMPANY AND THAT IS Y THEY REQUIRE TO TAKE CERTAIN DECISION SO METING IS CONDUCTED THEN Y EXTRA MONEY PAID TO THEM THOUGH THEY RECEIVE REMUNERATION FOR RUN THE COMPANY
