Say if a person is in india untill November 2009 and then moved to ex( SIngapore) in December 2009 and for next few years (ex 3 Years) is in singare.

Has paid tax in singapore from Jan 2010 for next three years.

Now the question arised about the tax for year 2009 - 2010.

As per any dual tax treat the confusion arrised, is the tax to be paid in India will be untill april 2009 untill march 2010.

if yes, this is voilation if dual tax as tax is already being paid for jan 2010 in singapore.

in this senario, How should the tax be paid and calculated?
