Dear Sir/ Madam, I have passed the resolution in the Board in which Board has authorised three directors to sign the share certificates. But I have not mentioned as Authorised Signatory to one person. Subsequently, I have filed Form MGT-14. What can I do now?

You can pass a new resolution for authorising another person as Authorised Signatory, if share certificates are not yet executed. Why MGT-14? for what purpose?
