19 June 2009 Sir,
i have just given my ca final exam. and my articleship is also about to complete in next month.
The problem is that, i am now following new signeture from last year for filling all required forms to institute including current (i.e. June 2009) ca final exam, and they have accepted it too (since they have scanned it and printed the same).

But the signeture with which i have registered as an Articled Clerk is different from my current new signeture.

So i am in a confusion, which signeture should i use while filling Articleship completion certificate and application for membership??

I want to tell u that, i want to follow my NEW SIGNETURE ONLY.. So can i continue with the new one?? ELSE WHAT?

PLEASE HELP.

20 June 2009 You write a letter to the institute - students section stating that your signature has been changed and in that letter you should sign at a place new signature, and also old signature at a place old signture and send the same to institute - students section.
You can follow your new signature but you should send the letter.
