Signed copies of fin a/cs to be sent to members for agm

Dear Experts,
Kindly provide your valuable reply for below query. While sending Dir Report, Auditors' Report, Fin A/cs, Notice for AGM to members, does xerox copies of Board meeting approved and signed copies are required to be send or without signature copies (like Annual Report). Pl note that this company does not have Annual Report, so sending such important copies to Members for their information.
