Dear sir,
Actually i am going to make a payment to Bharti Airtel Ltd., they charges service tax@14% on their bill.
Should i make their payment after deducting TDS u/s 194J or what.

TDS to be deducted based on nature of transaction whether professional charges or rent or contract and so on.
No TDS on service tax portion
