Should i learn tax now for nov2014 final attempt?

30 June 2012 My Final Attempt is going to come on Nov 2014,
so at that time Direct Tax Code and gst will come ?
so should i study and register for my final attempt and get module now ????
or should i wait ????
please reply dear experts...

Now, it will be wrong if we predict that DT Code and GST will come in 2014 because the government has not given any solid reason to implement in near future.


So i will suggest you to study your final on the available study material.
