Short payment of tds

06 April 2013 I have received a intimation u/s 200A of the Income Tax Act regarding short payment of TDS ,but in this notice "TDS mapped against this challan","TDS deposited against this challan" & "Short Payment Amount" all are same.
I am unable to understain ,what is problem in this intimation,if full TDS has already been deposited.and what I should done for reply of this intimation?
