Short payment notice from it department

Dear Sir
I have received notice from IT Dept. for short payment of Salary TDS regarding A.Y. 2010-11. But as per our return which was submitted already thier is no short payment.
What should i do now..Please advice..

You clarify your position by writing a letter to the concerned authority.

see, take cheklist from your A.O against TDS Notice (Which you have received from IT dept. U/s 201. After taking check list you should check once again to your challan & Return filed against that particular Quarter.
