13 January 2016 If a person starts business from his home in Mumbai, is he required to obtain Shop & Establishment license. Thanks in advance.

14 January 2016 if your residence is in a commercial place, then only you can register; otherwise take approval of your building society to permit your residence as commercial then you can obtain without any problems.
