Shipping Bill of Oct 2024 Duty Drawback and Rodtep not Received custom superintendent has raised query, where to reply on Icegate portal, kindly guide i have searched everywhere in icegate login

Steps to Reply on ICEGATE Portal
Log in to your ICEGATE account with your credentials.
Navigate via the menu: Go to “Services” → “Enquiries” → “ICEGATE Enquiry Service” → “SB Query Reply” (the label may vary slightly depending on portal updates).
Select or search for your Shipping Bill number for which the query has been raised.
Open the query and provide the required information or upload the requested documents as specified by Customs.
Submit your reply directly through this section to ensure Customs sees your response and reprocesses the drawback/RoDTEP claim.
