shifting to new course

24 November 2010 as we know the nov 10 attempt was the last one for the old course. i have one group of CA Final to be cleared still, can anyone guide me about the shifting procedure from old course to new course??
also, i had given the Nov 2010 exams in the old course, suppose i get exemption in any of the subjects, but dont clear the group, will that exemption be carried forward in the new course or i will have to give all the papers again???
please guide me
