SIR
We are a GTA at Namakkal. We have to send the tyres through vehicle to Pondicherry for our trucks for the purpose of replacing the old tyres.
Plz guide me what are the documents to be given for sending the tyres.

In the copy of the tax invoice of tyres purchase record tyres sent for replacement For GTA.

The Copy of invoice, the details of tyres and the details of vehicle in which the tyres are going to be shifted are to be mentioning in our Letter head under the tittle of "TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN" is enough sir.
It means the delivery challan and e-way bill not required as it does not come under SALES even though the value of goods (tyres) exceeds Rs.100000/-.
am i correct sir?

You are absolutely right. But if possible take Eway bill for safer side as the inspecting official may don't know the provisions insist for Eway bill.
