11 January 2016 I want to alter AOA through adoption of Table F. I also want to include a clause in AOA for allotment of shares through shareholders Agreement? Do I pass a single resolution for both the cases or seperate? Also can anyone provide me with resolution for alteration of AOA & resolution for allotment of shares through shareholders Agreement?
